Allan M. Eckman, 74, of Ravenna, passed away Saturday, September 3, 2016 at University Hospital in Cleveland.
He was born February 22, 1942 in Barberton, to Eugene and Helen (Martin) Eckman. Allan was a mechanical engineer for Firestone Tire.
He is survived by his wife, Mary J. (Wiley) Eckman; son, Robert Eckman of Barberton ;daughters, Vanessa Stouffer of Green, Ranae Wheatley of Akron; step-daughters, Lorrena Wilkins and Sharie Meduri of VA; nine grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Fred Eckman.
