Anna Morrow, 88 of Ravenna, Ohio, formerly of Salem, Ohio, passed away December 4th.
Anna was born in Newcomerstown, Ohio, on January 16th 1930, the daughter of Lyda Ray and Clarence Bowers. She is survived by her sons, David Morrow, (Donna) of Vero Beach Florida, and Gary Morrow of Ohio; grandchildren, Jeff Morrow, Jim (Jessica) Morrow, Jeremy (Jenn) Morrow, Randy Morrow, Brian (Marlena) Morrow, Kim (Lester) Poynter, Ron Morrow, Kris (Kristin) Morrow, Shannon (Angelo) Hayton, Amber (David) Summerlin, and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold Morrow and their son Ronald Morrow.
Anna worked many years as a hostess at the Denny's restaurant in Kent where she always greeted her customers with the same welcoming smile family and friends have enjoyed over the years and will surly miss.
She was a role model, a mentor and most of all a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and a faithful friend.
A memorial service will be held at the Grandview Cemetery Chapel in Salem, Monday December 10th at 1:00 pm. Arrangements are being handled by Bissler and Son's Funeral Home of Kent, Ohio.
