Arnett Gregory

Arnett Gregory, born on August 11, 1951 in Cleveland, peacefully passed away at his home in Kent, on Sunday, November 17, 2024, with his loving wife by his side.

He was a hardworking, dedicated family man. Arnett retired from Kent State University after 30 years as the Superintendent of Maintenance. He took great pride in all he did, but nothing brought him more pride than his family. 

He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Portia; their five children, Arnett Gregory Jr (Barb), Jodi Stillisano (Scott), Carie Raymond (Steve), Lisa Wagner (Timothy) and Laura Adolphson; and 13 grandchildren, Max (Kylie), Zach, Will, Maya, Conner, Morgan, Carter, Keegan, Piper, David, Kaylynn and Elie. 

Visitation will be Friday, November 22, 2024 from 6:00-8:00PM at Bissler and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory, 628 W. Main St. Kent, OH 44240. Memorial services will be Saturday, November 23, 2024 at 3:00PM at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made, in his name, to First Christian Church of Kent, 335 W. Main St. Kent, OH 44240.
