Charles F. Kish, 91, of Kent, died Thursday, June 21, 2018, at his home.
He was born March 17, 1927 in McDonald to Nicholas and Anna (Kopp) Kish. He was a member of St. Joan of Arc Church and its Knights of Columbus, the Kent American Legion Post 496, a Life member of the Kent V.F.W. Post 3703, and a member and past officer of U.A.W. C.A.P. Council.
He is survived by daughter, Karen (Dave) Shaw of Kent; son, Charles N. Kish of Saratoga, New York; grandchildren, Nicholas (April) Shaw, Jonathan (Tonya) Shaw, Nate (Jackie) Shaw, Rachel Kish, James (April) Kish, and Robin Kish; and 7 ½ great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Caroline Kish; and his brothers, Nicholas, George, and John.
Calling hours will be held 6-8 PM Monday, June 25th at Bissler & Sons Funeral Home in Kent. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Tuesday, June 26th at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church with Fr. Chris Luoni officiating. Entombment will be held at Standing Rock Cemetery.
