Charles “Lucas” Chapman Stehney passed away unexpectedly on February 1, 2022, at the age of 24.
Lucas was born on April 8, 1997, at home in Kent, Ohio to the loving parents Melissa A. Chapman and Charles W. Stehney.
He was a 2015 graduate of Kent Roosevelt High School where he met many mentors and friends whom he cherished deeply. Lucas is preceded in death by his dear grandfather, Charles E. Stehney and his cherished great-grandmother, Donna Lahna.
Lucas will be loved and missed forever by his parents, Charles W. Stehney and Melissa A. Chapman; siblings, Liberty, Ethan, Elliot, and Owen; grandparents, Jack and Cecilia Chapman and Valerie Stehney; ten uncles, seven aunts, seventeen first cousins, additional extended family, and countless friends.
