David A. Carmany, 63, of Kent, OH, died Tuesday, June 7, 2022 after a long illness at Canterbury of Twinsburg.
He was born June 4, 1959 in Akron, to Harry and Elizabeth F (Mandalari)
Carmany.
A lifetime resident of Kent, Ohio. David enjoyed music of all kinds. He enjoyed bowling on leagues, playing bingo, putt-putt golf, and other games. He was involved in We The People and was an integral part of The Newman Center Parrish, playing guitar and organ regularly. He was a collector of ties, watches, clocks, socks, toys, and trolls. But his most priceless “collection” was his friends. Thank you for being there!
He is survived by his Aunt, Norma F Dustman of Kent, Goddaughter Faith Apollonio of Georgia and many Cousins.
He was preceded in death by his Parents; Uncles: Stephen (Rosemarie) Mandalari, Samuel (Louwanda) and William (Phyllis) Mandalari; Aunts: Tillie (Joseph) DeCapito of Del Ray Beach, FL, Jennie (Tony) Grecco of Las Vegas, NV.
A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, July 30, 2022 – 11am at University Parish Newman Center with officiating. Light refreshments will follow the service.
