Deloris Evelyn Doolittle, 87, of Stow, died Wednesday, September 20, 2017, at The Arbors in Stow.
She was born February 26, 1930 in Akron to Gilbert Arnold and Helen (Cooley) Humphreys.
She is survived by her sons, James (Linda) Doolittle Jr. of Akron, Thomas "Tom" Doolittle of Rootstown, David Doolittle of Orange Grove, TX, and Terry Doolittle of Kent, WA; daughters, Darlene (Harold) Courson of Aurora, Donna (Paul) Doolittle of Houston, TX, Diana (Wes) Rhodes of Kent, and Denise (Tim Kungle) Adler of Uniontown; granddaughters, Linda Doolittle, Sheila Doolittle, Christy Doolittle, and Dusty Doolittle; grandsons, Michael Norton, James Doolittle, Tom Doolittle, Charlie Doolittle, David Doolittle, Marcus Doolittle, Wesley Rhodes, Brad Rhodes, Jeff Rhodes, Nick Adler, and Nate Adler; twenty great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; daughter-in-law, Andy Doolittle; sisters, Dorothy Abbott of Akron, and Janet Sprague of TX. She was preceded in death by her son, Timothy Doolittle, granddaughter, Angela Doolittle, brothers, Chuck Humphreys, and Robert Humphreys, sisters, Betty, Lois, and Joy.
Calling hours will be held 2-4 PM Saturday, September 23 at Bissler & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory in Kent. Private Burial will be held at Standing Rock Cemetery.
