Donna B. Gless, 75, of Kent, died Friday, January 1, 2010 at Akron City Hospital Medical Center. She was born July 11, 1934 in Kent, OH to Ivor James and Esther (Lightner) Vaughn. She is survived by her husband, Paul E. Gless, whom she married on July 17, 1953; sons, Paul M. Gless of Jacksonville, FL and Dave R. Gless of Cuyahoga Falls; daughter, Sue L. Gless of Kent; brother, Jerry J. Vaughn of Jacksonville, FL; and sister, Shirley (Bill) Kerns of Brimfield. She was preceded in death by sisters, Katherine Landefeld and Dortha Jean DiMauro; and brother, Jack Vaughn. Private services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to Animal Protective League, 8122 Infirmary Road, Ravenna, OH 44266. Bissler & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory are handling the arrangements.
