Douglas Heisterman

Douglas Heisterman, 66, of Kent, passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2023 in the comfort of his home, with his family by his side.  He was born in Dayton, OH on June 2, 1957 to the late Robert and Susan Heisterman.  Doug went on to earn his bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University.  He was an avid football fan, having played in high school and at Bowling Green.  Doug was employed as a subcontractor, specializing in maintenance, and more recently was the owner of Black Wolf Hall in Stow.  He was a longtime resident of Homestead, FL and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Doug leaves his loving wife of 44 years, Joni; his children, Blake, Shea, Dare and Kade Heisterman; grandchildren, Dillinger, Ila and Bodyn; and his brothers, Tim and Greg Heisterman.

In honoring his wishes, Doug will be cremated and there will be no formal services.
