Erin Elizabeth Knuth was taken from this world on Saturday, June 9, 2012. Erin was born on November 27, 1981 to Gary Knuth (Laurie) and Debra Cooper Knuth. A kind and gentle soul, Erin loved being with friends and family. She enjoyed the creative side of life, with a passion for music, art and fashion. She expressed her creativity through her own personal style and her talent as a hair stylist. Erin lived her life accepting and embracing the differences of each and every person that she met. As she explored ways to make best use of her caring and compassionate personality, she worked for several years assisting people with disabilities and the elderly, always treating them with dignity and respect. Most recently, her friendly and outgoing personality was enjoyed by patrons of the Bistro On Main St., where she was employed as a bartender. Her smiling face, her wit and her love for life will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her and loves her.
She is survived by father, Gary (Laurie) Knuth of Kent, grandmothers, Dorothy Cooper of Aurora and Mary Lou Wunderle of Cuyahoga Falls; many aunts, uncles and cousins; step-brothers, Kasey (Brook) Crocker of Kent and Tyler Crocker of Kent; step-sister, Brandi (Matthew) Svoboda of Denver, CO.
