Floyd Williard Fullen, 68, of Kent, went home to be with the Lord Friday, December 17, 2010 at his residence. He was born July 12, 1942 in Jackson, to Charles Oscar and Elizabeth Josephine (Bauer) Fullen. He enjoyed fishing, deer hunting, camping and any outdoor activity. Williard loved to restore cars Toyota's. He is survived by his wife, Patricia S.(Collins) Fullen, whom he married on July 12, 1998; daughters, Bertha Wilson of Youngstown, Betty Lambert of Youngstown and Lori Porter of New Symrna, FL; sons, Joseph Van Scyoc of Kent, Michael Van Scyoc of Ravenna and William Van Scyoc of Fostoria; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; brothers, Charles (Joan) Fullen of Sarasota, FL and Bill (Arlene) Fullen of Akron; sisters, Alice Starner of Carrolton, Wanda of Akron, Cheryl (Mark) Grubb of Carrolton and Florence (Kenny) Coole of Carrolton. He was preceded in death by his son, Robert "Little Bob" Van Scyoc; grandson, Jeremy Wilson; sister, Terri Fullen, sister, Sandra Welch; and brother, Walter "Ike" Fullen. Private services will be held. Bissler & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory are handling the arrangements.
