Frances C. Trares Ball Kemmery, 89, of Cuyahoga Falls, died Monday, April 7, 2014 at her home.
She was born July 22, 1924 in Sharon Center, to William J. and Cecelia M. (Zurbach) Trares. Frances was a graduate of Cuyahoga Falls High School. She was a member of St. Patrick Church in Kent and the Pioneer Girls. She retired from AT&T.
She is survived by sons, William (Colleen) Ball of Parrish, FL, Richard Ball of Uniontown and Michael (Kathy) Ball of Brimfield; grandchildren, Lindsay Ball, Kara (Brian) Zidar, Michael Ball and Donald (Angela) Ball; four great grandchildren; brothers, Frank (Mary) Trares of Wadsworth and Bernard (Diane) Trares of Michigan; sisters, Helen Mudd of Tallmadge, Alice Egan of Akron, Rose Duer of West Virginia, Genevieve Bridges of Florida, Elizabeth (Ralph) Abraham of California and Margaret (Wolfe) Imbler of California. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond J. Kemmery; first husband, Collas Ball; sons, James and Robert Ball; daughter, Marlene Held; and sister, Mary Jo Peters.
Calling hours will be held 6-8 PM Friday, April 11th at Bissler & Sons Funeral Home in Kent. Funeral mass will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, April 12th at St. Patrick Church. Burial will be held at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Randolph. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675.
