Frank Joseph Felton

December 15, 1965 — May 6, 2018

Frank J. Felton, 52 of Rootstown, passed away unexpectedly at home due to short illness on Sunday, May 6, 2018.

Frank was born December 15, 1965, to Jeanette (Antonelli) and Frank "Jug" Felton of Rootstown. A lifetime resident of the township, he was a proud graduate of Rootstown High School. He worked for many years first at Chicken Manor, then at Sea World, First Chop, Twin Star Lanes and finally at Walmart.

Frank very much enjoyed Halloween, and dressing in his favorite masks to pass out candy to the trick-or-treaters. He also really liked attending the Randolph Fair every year and enjoyed camping as well. And like his mom and dad, he loved the Pittsburgh Steelers, and loved the Cleveland Cavaliers too.

Frank was unpretentious, and was a loving son, brother, uncle and great-uncle. He was very recently preceded in death by both his parents, whom he loved with all his heart. His sisters and family find comfort in knowing he is with them again.

Frank is survived by his sisters, Kim Bishop (Charlie Flynt) of Kent, Cheryl (Gordon) Ripley of Kent, Marcy (the late Jimmy) Miller of Rootstown and Stephanie (J.D.) Langguth of Rootstown; nieces and nephews, Don Jr., Matt, Kyle, Becca, Geoffrey, Dacoda, Dominique, Chris and Julia; great nieces and nephews, Shantz, Ari, Owen, Arrianna, Paityn, Landyn and Grayson; and many cousins and extended family members.

Calling hours will be held 5-8 PM Friday, May 11th at Bissler & Sons Funeral Home in Kent, where funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, May 12th. Burial will be held at Standing Rock Cemetery.
