Gloria Evangline (Keuther) Falstad

Gloria Evangline Falstad, age 87, of Kent, OH, passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at UH Portage Medical Center.

Gloria, formally of Twin Lakes and Deerfield was born December 18, 1936 in Minot, ND to the late Roland and Grace (Benton) Keuther originally of Saco, Montana.

She married Gary D. Falstad of Garrison, North Dakota on July 10th 1955.  They drove to their new home in Kent where he was employed by Commercial Press Inc. as a linotype operator and in some years he became the CEO.  They lived in Twin Lakes for 50 years.  She worked several jobs and ended up working as bookkeeper & executive assistant for Gary & CPI.

She is survived by her children, Gay (Dan) Snyder, Debbe (Chuck) Noe, and Paul Falstad; 15 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Gary D. Falstad, and her parents.

Graveside internment will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at Standing Rock Cemetery with Rev David Lathrop officiating.  Memorials may be made to Dakota Boys & Girls Ranch, www.dakotaranch.org, Portage Animal Protective League, www.portageapl.org.
