Harvey B. Tetreault, 59, of Akron, OH, passed away Nov. 1, 2006 at the Cleveland Clinic after a two-month battle with Multiple Myeloma.
Harvey proudly served as a sergeant in the 557th M.P. Co. USARPAC of the US Army. Upon his return from active duty, he began his 38-year career as a shift supervisor in the Research & Test Division at Bridgestone-Firestone. He was an avid fisherman, bowler, and enjoyed shooting pool with his many friends. He enjoyed the art of hand-tying flies for fly-fishing and served as the President of Trout Unlimited (an environmental organization) for many years.
He is survived and will be greatly missed by his daughters, Jennifer Lynn Tetreault and Christina Leigh Tetreault, granddaughter, Octavia Arachne Tetreault, friend and ex-wife, Ms frankie tetreault, all of Vancouver, Washington; his fiancée, Dolores Grimes of Akron; brother, Jeffrey Tetreault; sisters, Susan Jones, Cecille Lear, Sara Jo Tetreault, Lillian Young, and Pamela Tetreault; as well as a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents Edith (Ek) Tetreault & Theo E. Tetreault, M.D.
Cremation has taken place. No services are scheduled, but donations in Harvey's memory may be made to Trout Unlimited, 1300 North 17th St., Suite 500, Arlington, VA 22209.
