James A. Christensen Sr.

James A. Christensen Sr., age 69, of Twinsburg, OH, died on Friday, October 28, 2022 at Hillcrest Hospital.

James was born December 15, 1952 in Brunswick, GA to the late Harvey and Anne (Reed) Christensen.

He actively followed his grandchildren with their activities as he was able. When he did relax, it was most likely to watch his UT Vols, Browns, and Indians in action.

He is survived by his children, Jim (Terri) Christensen, Jennifer (John) Bodovetz, Melissa (Charles) Angione; brother of Carolyn (Donnie) Dacus and Linda (Rick) Sullivan; papa of Madison, Tyler, Landon, Ava, Sydney, Alex, Jake, and Kendal; uncle of Heather, Lauren, Sully, & Emily. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Calling hours will be held 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM Saturday, November 5, 2022 at Bissler & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory, 628 W Main Street, Kent, OH 44240.  Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, November 5, 2022, at Bissler & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory with Celebrant Kevin O’Brien officiating.
