Judith Ann (Farrell) Flick

Judith Ann (Farrell) Flick, 74, of Akron, Ohio, passed away peacefully on September 15, 2024. Born on May 19, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mae “Mary” Farrell. A proud graduate of Field High School, Judith married her beloved husband, Kenneth Flick, on April 20, 1968.

Judith was a devoted mother to two children, a cherished grandmother to six grandchildren, and a proud great-grandmother to five. She is survived by her husband, Ken, her son Danny Flick, daughter-in-law Becky Flick, grandchildren Kelsie Gordon, Haylie Peterson, Sydnie, Tanner, Christopher, and McKenzie Flick; and, great-grandchildren, Tristyn, Aubree, Blake, Emelie and Henry. Judith also leaves behind her siblings, Josphine Hughes and Agnes (Jerry) Moore.

She joins in eternal rest her son Scott Flick, along with her brothers Robert, Joe, Hugh, Frank, Richard, and Patrick Farrell, and sisters Margaret Stoffer, Catherine Roderick, Ellen Jones, Anna Gray and her twin Agnes Flora, and Edith Herwick.

Judith will be remembered for her warmth, her laugh, love, and the indelible mark she left on everyone who knew her.

Family and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, September 28, 2024 from 11:00AM to 1:00PM at Bissler and Sons Funeral Home, 628 W Main St., Kent, OH 44240. A service officiated by Father Bob Pfeiffer will take place at 1:00PM. Following the service, a Celebration of Life will be held at the Elk’s Lodge #1377 at 2265 Erie Street, Ravenna, Ohio 44266.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in the memory of Judith Flick to Dementia Society of America or Vietnam Veterans of America.
