He is survived by his mother, Luella (Baumgardner) Moore; brother, Donald P. Moore; uncle, Paul E. Baumgardner. He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth E. Moore.
Private services have been held. Bissler & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory are handling the arrangements.
