Mary Alice Adolph, 79, of Ravenna, passed after a brief illness due to complication of Kidney Disease, Saturday, May 16, 2015 at Akron City Hospital Medical Center.
She was born September 26, 1935 in Franklin Twp, to Ralph Emerson and Helen Mae (Rigli) Parker. Mary Alice retired from K-Mart where she worked as a Clerk. She was an avid bingo player, who enjoyed fishing, genealogy and quilting.
She is survived by son, Thomas J. (Terry) Adolph of Ravenna; daughters, Patricia A. (Tom) Hodges of Akron and Julie A. (Sonny) Richards of Kent; grandchildren, Patrick (Lisa) Adolph, Bryan Adolph, Matthew Hodges, Rachel Richards and Andrew Richards; great grandson, Jackson Adolph; and sister, Norma King of Cleveland. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clement Adolph; son, Daniel B. Adolph; and brother, Harmon "Clyde" Parker.
Calling hours will be held 5-8 PM Thursday, May 21st at Bissler & Sons Funeral Home in Kent. Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, May 22nd at Maple Grove Cemetery in Ravenna.
