Norma Jean Wright, 80, of Kent, entered eternal life Monday, November 15, 2010 at the Hospice of Visiting Nurse Service Care Center in Copley. She was born November 17, 1929 in Fremont, Ohio, to Dewey L. and Lucy R. (Shull) Kiser. She spent most of her married life residing in Rootstown and Elyria, and the last four years in Kent with her daughter, Lu Ann. She was a retired independent direct marketer for Home Interiors and Gifts for 27 years. She was a Campfire Leader, and member of the Ottawa Shooting Club, the Detroit Sportsman's Club, and the Sons of Herman Association. She enjoyed camping, gardening, fishing, and holiday family gatherings. Norma married her one true love, Clifford "Joe" Wright in 1950, and they were together for nearly 51 years at the time of his death in 2001. She was a devoted wife, mother and friend, and will be forever cherished in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her children, Trish Faist of Canton; Joseph E. (Lynne) Wright of Oconomowoc, WI; and Lu Ann (Bernie) Shrigley of Kent; grandchildren, Leezette, Tonya, Michael, Kara, Vicky, and Joey; great grandchildren, Miranda and Cheyenne; and her beloved pets. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe; grandson, Timothy J. Conrad; parents; and brothers, Robert C. Kiser, Carroll E. Kiser, and Jack L. Kiser. The family will receive friends one hour before the Memorial services at 2:30 PM Saturday, November 20th at Bissler & Sons Funeral Home. Burial will be in Standing Rock Cemetery in Kent.
