Paul Allen Dauber

Paul Allen Dauber, age 73 of Rootstown, died July 29, 2023 in Ravenna, Ohio and is now resting in the Hands of Jesus. He was born April 25, 1950 in Akron, Ohio.

Paul served in the USAF and was stationed in Thailand and Mountain Home AFB, USA. He worked at Automated Packaging and later for Vioxx (Goodyear Akron Plant). He enjoyed wood working, carving, making shaker boxes, reading, hunting, and fishing.

He was preceded in death by Ralph Dauber (Father), Inez Dauber (Mother), and Karl Dauber (Brother) and survived by Donna Dauber (Wife), David Dauber (Brother), Lily Dauber (Sister-in-law), Jeremy Dauber (Nephew), along with several cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Paul to Rootstown Church of Hope, 4065 State Route 44, Rootstown, OH 44272.

Calling hours will be held 2:00-4:00 P.M. SATURDAY, August 12, 2023 at Bissler and Sons Funeral Home & Crematory, 628 W. Main Street, Kent, with a memorial service to follow at 4:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Paul’s ashes will be inurned at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at a later date.
