Randall Routh, 64, of Mogadore, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 14th, 2022. He was born in Ellet, Ohio on July 31, 1957 to the late Watson Lee Routh and Marjorie Routh. Randall was a graduate of Ellet High School and took pride in his life’s work as a bricklayer until his recent retirement.
Randall was an avid sports fan, especially when cheering on his children, The Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Browns and Indians. As a life-long bowler, he cherished his time spent at the bowling alley with his family and friends. He also loved animals and found joy in his loyal companionship with them throughout his life.
He is survived by his son, David Routh (Christa), daughter, Jamie Corner (Sean), sister, Joyce Grisham (Greg) and his grandchildren, Brody, Averie and Hudson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Routh, father-in-law, David Jones and his uncle, William Stewart.
Extremely kind and gentle in spirit, he lived a selfless life that he dedicated to his family, friends and dogs who he loved unconditionally. While he will be dearly missed, we find solace knowing he is now at peace and reunited with his true love and beloved wife, Sherri.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Jean and Milton Cooper Cancer Center, 161 North Forge St. Akron, Ohio 44304.
In honoring his wishes, Randall will be cremated and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
