While there, she went to the Ohio College of Massotherapy and received licensure as a massotherapist.

Rasheedah married Charles Green in March 1957, and had two children, Dora R. Green and Charles Green, Jr.  They all attended Mt. Olive Baptist in Twinsburg.  They later moved to Kent, where Dora and Charles Jr. went to school.  Charles Sr. went to be with the Lord in February 1977.  She later married Bashir Hasan, which ended in divorce.  Rasheedah, Margaret Davis and Geraldine Wright had a healing ministry, called Starlight Healing Ministry.  They volunteered to perform Music Therapy at Robinson Memorial Hospital, where they played harps, sang, and prayed with the patients.

Rasheedah was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Green Sr.; parents, Edward and Dora Belle Smith; grandmother, Lucy Scrutchins; brothers, Edward Smith Jr., Joseph Smith and Sultan Muhammad; sisters, Odessa Lee and Beatrice Carroll; nieces, Sandra Robertson, Brenda Carroll and Marsha Carroll; nephews, Terry Clark, Roosevelt Simpson, Raymond Lee and Ted Carroll; brothers-in-law, Ellis Golden, Eddie Leonard and Tommie Lee; sister-in-law, Edna Smith.
