Robert George Linden

Robert George Linden, age 77, of Ravenna, OH, passed away surrounded by family on Sunday, January 7, 2024 at Tallmadge Health and Rehab.

Robert was born November 22, 1946 in Youngstown, OH to the late George and Helen (Hood) Linden.

Robert dedicated his life to servicing his community with the Ohio State Troopers, Youngstown police department, working 20 years as a road supervisor with UPS, and helping with wildlife conservation efforts.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Nancy Linden; daughters, Ruth (Tom) Jones, Rachael Haynie, Rebekah (Ryan) Rouser, and Tiffany (Nicholas) Osterwyk; grandchildren, Tommy Jones, Brooke Jones, Noah Payne, James Haynie, Madyson Prior, Ryley Prior, and Jackson Osterwyk; sister, Charleen (Vernon) Pees.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

Calling hours will be held 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Friday, January 12, 2024 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 313 DePeyster, Kent, OH 44240 followed by Mass of Christian Burial  at  11:00 AM Friday, January 12, 2024, at St. Patrick Catholic Church with Fr. Richard Pentello officiating.  Burial at Standing Rock Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to the St. Patrick School endowment fund.
