Shannon D. Anderson, age 54, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2023 at his home. He was born November 17, 1968 in Sandusky, Ohio.
Shannon was a Master Mason and wanted his skills to help others. He started a company called Redeemed to help ex-felons get a fresh start from prisons by giving them a trade to work with. The classroom part was called Trade for Change, which is used by many prisons today. Our company gave them this chance. Shannon believed everyone deserves a second chance and this was his motto regarding everything. If someone needed him, he was there. As his wife, I ask you to please be there for him, to send him to the Lord, knowing he was loved by so many.
Shannon is survived by his wife, Theresa; children, Ashley (Garrett) Anderson-Murillo, Stephanie (Thomas) Bak, Brittany (Anthony) Surella, and Jeffrey (Amber) Surella; mother, Patti (Thomas) Eberly; special person who was like his father, Raymond Corbin; mother-in-law, Rosemarie Allen; sister-in-law, Kathy Allen; siblings, Blake (Cynthia) Anderson, David (Brianna) Layne, Raymond (Maddie) Layne, Ian (Tiffany) Eberly; Charles (Rachel) Eberly, Rhea Eberly, and Ola Wilburn; grandma, Anna Newcomer; and many loving grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
