Titus Jackman, 87, of Kent, died Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at University Hospital in Cleveland.
He was born August 8, 1929 in Kent to John and Margaret (Iarussi) Jackman. He was a 1947 Kent Roosevelt graduate, and a graduate of Kent State University and The Ohio State University Law. He started practice in 1954, serving 62 years in the same office in the Hometown Bank Building. He was a Veteran of United States Army. He was a member of Kent Historical Society. In his early years of practice, he was very active in various civic organizations.
He is survived by brother, Ernest Jackman of Gaithersburg, MD; nephews and nieces, Richard Radich of Warren; Bonnie Kopp of Warren, Janisse Jackman of Rockville, MD, Gerald Jackman of Rockville, MD, and John Jackman of Rockville, MD. He was preceded in death by his sister, Elsie Radich; brother, Albert Jackman; niece, Charita Lynch; and nephew, Nicholas Radich.
Graveside services will be held 11:30 AM Tuesday, November 8th at Standing Rock Cemetery with Rev. Elizabeth Hazelton officiating.
