Violet Mae Reaser, 69, went home to meet her Savior Tuesday, December 7, 2010, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Painesville to Ralph and Cora ( Mumaw) Smail. She graduated from Kent Roosevelt High School. Violet met Richard Reaser at the Streetsboro Full Gospel Tabernacle and fell in love. They celebrated many years of happiness together, in Ravenna, with their family and friends. Violet was an active member of North Point Apostolic Church of Stow-Kent where she was a Sunday school teacher, youth leader, and participated in the choir. She led a Christian life demonstrating love for the Lord through her acts of kindness and letting her light shine to all that knew her. Her favorite prayer was the Prayer of Jabez. Violet loved to spend time with her grandchildren baking cookies and taking them for tea and baguettes. She enjoyed being adventuresome and traveling to different places and trying new foods. She was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, and friend. She is survived by her beloved husband Richard, sons Bill (Jayne) and Ralph (Tammie), daughters Janet (Salvatore) Dimiceli, Shizuka (Wataru) Miyazaki, sisters Estella (Ned) Brown, Bonnie (Dean) Jewell, brother Kenneth (Tricia) Zingery, grandchildren Mallory (Ryan) Hall, Morgan, Auston, Gavin, and Logan Reaser, Alex and Adam Heidt, Giavanna and Isabelle Dimiceli, Ryo Miyazaki, sister-in-laws Mary Burdette, Helen (Dick) Doing, brothers-in-law Keith VanMeter, William (Jane) Reaser, Lee (Patsy) Reaser, Ralph Reaser and many nieces, nephews and church friends.
